Today was the start of the week. But how true is the saying, "It's just another Manic Monday"? Well, I went to sleep early last night with the intent to get to work on time. Wrong! Then, while we are at work, the fire drill goes off. A couple weeks ago they were testing the fire alarms to make sure they were fully functional. YES THEY WERE. So today we think it's another drill. We stay seating, disregarding this annoying sound beeping louder than our own thoughts. Thanks to Humberto Sr. he advises to go outside since there were people out there. As we're coming down absolutely not caring what is really going on, we realize a fireman walking in; then the crowd (crowd meaning more than 10) outside, waiting for the "o.k" to go back into the building. We see the Fire Rescue and later the Fire Engine. In reality, we thought it was all B.S. And what if there was a real fire? We could have died, at least jumping out the window trying to to escape death from fire. Anywho, I don't know what happened after they let us back in. It feels like the hatian erased our memories because we never spoke about it again.
Then I went preaching which I thought I was late to but apparently I didn't get the memo that it's going to be at 7:30 now. I mean, the official time is 6:45 and we're starting at 7:11. My time is cut short thanks to our talkative congregation. NO really, they never shut up! I'm part of it!
I'm currently reading this website "FICLET" brought to you buy AIM. It's a website, like this, but with short stories. I'm going to give a try and continue to inspire myself; open my mind to learn new things, re-learn things, and grow as a person.

Sounds racist just saying "The Haitian." People who don't know about Heroes now think you're a racist.... Even though we all know you really are

Jessi isn't racist. Sorta.
Hard to tell, actually
